What is Quick Check In Out?
Quick Check In Out turns an iPad, iPhone or Android tablet into a simple sign-in station for daycares, preschools and children's programs. Parents find their child by the first letter of their name, tap check in or check out, and sign on the screen. Every entry is time-stamped and saved with the parent's signature.
Staff get a PIN-protected admin area to manage children, review who hasn't been checked in or out, correct entries, and export a printable daily attendance log as a PDF.
